This property has the following check-in and check-out times and policies:

Property and Cancellation Policies :

Partial Charge - 100% of Deposit - If canceled within 3 days of arrival

Capacity policies per room:·     
The accommodation is for two people máximum.

Parking: we Don´t have parking.

Internet (wifi) the property has free internet. 

Hours of our facilities:

Bar “La Galera” 11:00 am– 20:00 pm

Guests: guests are not allowed to enter the hotel for the use ofrooms, they will be able to visit it in areas open to the public such as LaGalera Bar, without the right to spend the night in the property.

Cleaning of the rooms: the rooms are cleaned daily, for theresponsible use of resources, in case you require a white laundry service(sheets and towels) you must notify the reception staff.

Terrace: is open between 10am-8pm

Keys: In case your key is lost, a fine of $ 15.00 USD will beconsidered for its replacement.

Service staff: cleaning service.

Tips: Not included, are considered at the discretion of the guest. 

Smoking Areas: Smoking is prohibited in rooms, only authorized indesignated areas within the property. This to reduce the risk of forest firesin the area, in case of incurring this action within the restricted areas, afine of $ 200.00 USD will be considered.  We greatly appreciate yourtrust in us, hoping you have a pleasant stay.
